  • Literature review
  • Review on past project experiences in this field
  • Web-based Survey for HR managers, adult educators, TU representatives in 6 languages (Eng, Slo, Hu, Ger, It, Bul.)
  • In-depth interviews with older and low-skilled workers in Slovenia, Bulgaria and Hungary

Development of Pedagogic approach / set of measures including practice examples on how to motivate older and low-skilled workers

Development Training Course for HR managers and adult educators on how to implement the pedagogic approach and the set of measures with pedagogic approach and measures for motivating elder and low-skilled employees

2-day-Train the Trainer Course for team members, adult educators of the PP and the associate partners including draft materials

 

Piloting of the training course in Slovenia, Bulgaria and Hungary,

Publishing of Guidebook for HR manager and adult educators in English, Slovenian, Bulgarian, German, Hungarian and Italian

Final conference to present and transfer the project results to decision-makers stakeholders and users
